Protocol
In light of news of the recent confirmed cases of the Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in accordance with the interim guidelines provided by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Tourism (DOT) for COVID-19, Bataan White Corals Beach Resort has implemented the following preventive measures to help contain the spread of the virus:
1. Guests with fever (37.5 degrees celcius and above) shall not be allowed entry. Instructions have been given to security and resort personnel in the event of fever detection. We hope for your full cooperation.
2. Availability of 70% alcohol solution and hand sanitizing gels have been set up at the reception and throughout the resort. We recommend all of our guests to use them. Surgical masks will be provided as needed.
3. Before check-in, our Housekeeping staff are disinfecting all hand surfaces in your room as part of our cleaning procedures.
4. Information dissemination about the COVID-19 has been rolled out to resort staff for awareness and prevention.
Any guest experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, and/or difficulty in breathing are asked to immediately contact the Front Desk and Sales for prompt assistance. We encourage our guests and staff to observe good personal hygiene at all times, practice proper hand sanitation and correct coughing/sneezing etiquette.
Rest assured that Bataan White Corals Beach Resort is closely coordinating with the local government and public health agency for guidance and updates regarding the COVID-19. Any change in our preventive measures and protocols will be released regularly.
