Booking Terms & Conditions / Refund Policies

​

  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of the total amount of stay is required for a guaranteed reservation and may be paid through the following ways: credit card payment, bank transfer, cash bank deposit, GCash, and PayMaya.

  • Payments made are non-refundable and to be consumed in two (2) months, if rebooking is to be applied. Rebooking or re-scheduling may be changed to a mutually agreed date within two (2) months from the original scheduled date. Otherwise, the reservation is considered cancelled and downpayment shall be forfeited.

  • Cancellation/No-Show: If guest would like to cancel his/her reservation or is a no show, then the down payment/total amount will be charged or forfeited.

  • Bataan White Corals Beach Resort shall not be liable for any loss, claims, or damages if the event will not push through on the scheduled date due to any fortuitous circumstances such as heavy rains, flood, typhoon earthquake, volcanic eruption or coup de etat ( force majeure) or accident or death of the client who directly transacted the reservation.

  • Force Majeure: In case of force majeure (from either side, such as acts of God, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics like COVID-19) down payment is refundable or re-bookable, but must call us and a formal notice sent thru our email at admin@bataanwhitecorals.ph at least 24-48hours before check-in date or case to case basis.

House Rules

  • Management is not liable for any loss of personal property; Resort guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. Safety Deposit is available at the Front Desk for your valuables.

  • Firearms, weapons, hazardous materials and prohibited drugs are not allowed inside the resort premises.

  • Check-in time is 2:00 P.M; check-out time is 12:00 NN. Housekeeping must be given considerable time for cleaning during back to back check-in and check-out. Check-in prior to 2:00 pm is not guaranteed and is subject to room availability. Late check-out requests required at least 24 hours prior to check-in and subject to Php500.00 charged per hour. 

  • Extension of stay is subject to availability of room. Extended hour of stay beyond 5:00 pm is equivalent to one (1) overnight charge. Bill to be settled on or before the said hour at the Front office.

  • In line with the National Executive Order no. 26 entitled “PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHEMENT OF SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT IN PUBLIC AND ENCLOED PLACES”, we implement a “NON-SMOKING” policy inside the rooms and public areas; a 3,000Php penalty will be charged. However, the resort provides designated smoking areas.

  • Room card keys must be surrendered at the Front desk whenever guests leave the resort premises and must be returned for check out. Lost card keys will be charged at Php500.00.

  • Bringing of the white bath towels outside the room is strictly prohibited. Charges will be imposed if bath towels are found missing upon check-out.

  • Housekeeping will regularly check and clean your room. Should you wish not to be disturbed, please hang the “Do not Disturb” sign on your doorknobs.

  • Swimming at the beach is until 6:00 PM. Swimming pools are open from 8:00AM until 10:00PM, except for brief intervals for cleaning and maintenance. Lifeguard duty is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The management is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may happen.

  • Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by their parent/guardian while at the swimming pool and beach.

  • Wear proper swimming attire. Board shorts or swimming trunks for males; white shirt or swimsuits and short without zipper for females. Basketball and denim shorts are not allowed in the swimming pools.

  • As an environmentally conscious resort, we eliminated all single-use plastics (plastic bags, disposables, straws, etc.) from our business operations. Metal straws at Fernando’s Restaurant will be available, however, upon request.

  • The resort doesn’t have an area for cooking (except for villa rooms), however, griller is for rent at low cost, and guests must bring their charcoal.

  • Fernando’s Restaurant is open from 6:00AM to 11:00PM; however, the bar at the restaurant is open 24hours. Food order is until 10:00PM only.

  • Taking out of leftover food is discouraged. The management will not be held liable for food poisoning as a result of consumption of leftover food whether in or out of Fernando’s Restaurant. A “No Room Charge” policy is implemented.

  • Electrical kitchen appliances and gasulitos are restricted to bring inside the resort.

  • Canned sodas, hard liquors and alcohols are not allowed to bring inside the resort.

  • Portable music players and speakers are allowed in the premises. While in use, please keep the volume down to modulated levels.

  • Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from making noise after midnight.

  • Pets are allowed inside the resort. Upon check in, you will be asked to fill out and sign our pet policy agreement. With a corresponding waiver to be signed by the guests. Owners will be liable for any property damage caused by their pets. For the comfort and safety of all guests and their pets, we kindly requests that all pet owners act responsibly and respect other guests.

  • We reserve the right to implement additional rules and regulations for the safety of our guests and employees.

  • The resort management reserves the right to refuse entry of any person. The management also reserves the right to request guest/s to leave the resort’s grounds in the event of violation of the Bataan White Corals House Rules and Regulations.

  • Published Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pet Policy

  • As a responsible pet owner, I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or any unusual degree of soiling caused by my pet during my stay on the above dates at Bataan White Corals Beach Resort.

  • I understand that I am financially responsible for all repair costs for any damage or additional cleaning requirements.

  •  I confirm that my pet(s) are healthy and free of fleas and ticks and will upon demand, provide a current animal medical certificate.

  • I accept responsibility for any damages and soiling however caused and pays for any extensive cleaning or damage repair and agrees that these costs may be charged to my account after departure. Additional cleaning beyond normal housekeeping will result in an additional fee.

  • My pet(s) will be leashed and controlled when outside the unit. Dogs must wear identification collars at all times. I agree when on hotel property to walk my pets in designated areas only and will pick up any waste immediately.

  •  I agree not to allow my pet(s) to disturb other guests/residents. Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints I agree that I will be required to make alternative arrangements for my pet(s). Unattended pets disturbing guests/residents may be removed by the hotel or their agents.

  • Aggressive dogs and unneutered male cats are not permitted.

  • I will not permit my pet(s) to be left unattended in a vehicle or hotel property for a period longer than fifteen (15) minutes.

  • Pets are not allowed in the fitness center, restaurant, and swimming pool of the resort property.

  • I agree not to allow my pet(s) to swim at the fresh pool and salt water pool.

  • I agree that the resort in its sole discretion may ask me to remove my pet(s) at any time from the resort.
