As part of our program to minimize the spread of infection and for the safety of our guests, employees, and colleagues, our resort have taken a series of precautionary measures including:
Infrared thermometer is placed at the reception to monitor the body temperature of the guests upon entering the resort.
In guest room, we have elevated our rigorous protocols in cleaning and sanitized all surfaces with hospitality-grade disinfectants.
Hospital Grade UVC Light is being used to further ensure safety.
Sanitizing kits are included in the room amenities.
Hand sanitizing stations are located at public areas such as reception, restaurant, and pathways.
GCash, WePay, Alipay, and GrabPay are accepted as cashless mode of payment in our resort together with major credit card.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We are placing floor stickers to wait until the person in front has moved forward.
Team members are required to wear face masks, face shields, disposable gloves(if needed), and PPE at all times and are trained to practice strict personal hygiene and safety precautions at work.
